Client’s should establish a reasonable construction budget for their project. HMD understands the construction budgeting process and can assist, if requested. With actual commercial banking experience, HMD can assist our clients in the finding the right financial solutions for their projects whether it includes a bank loan or another form of financing.

Land / Space Selection
Our proven and lasting relationships with top real estate brokers and property owners allow us to find exactly what suits our clients’ needs.

Pre-construction
We collaborate with our extensive network of top design professionals, including land planners, architects and engineers, civil engineers, and interior decorators, to create spaces that match or surpass our clients’ vision. HMD fully engages all stakeholders during the design and approval process to establish clear program objectives, schedules, and budget considerations. Through this collaborative approach, programmatic challenges are less costly to resolve in the design stage versus during construction.

Construction
We streamline project management and scheduling to reduce or eliminate delays so each project comes in on time and on budget. HMD coordinates with our client’s vendors (IT, medical/dental equipment, furniture, etc.) to assist our clients in moving into their space easily.

Project Completion
HMD provides clients with a seamless transition from construction to occupancy. Whether the project is an investment property or owner-occupied, we provide clients and/or property management partners at project completion with close-out documentation, warranty guidelines, and building system information.
