Flex Space Project News

HMD is pleased to announce the start of a new “ground-up” construction project located in the heart of Raleigh. Currently in the design phase, this flex space building of 35,000 sq ft will feature desirable details such as aluminum storefront windows and doors, 18′ to roof deck, oversized roll-up doors located on the side of the building, and concrete paving throughout.
