New Project Announcement: Lucci Blue’s Fit-Up in Fuquay-Varina

We’re kicking off an exciting new project in downtown Fuquay-Varina! HMD Construction is transforming 209 Fayetteville Street, a historic building originally constructed in 1917, into the future home of Lucci Blue’s Social Café. Spanning 1,845 sq ft, this fit-up project will bring to life a welcoming and intimate space offering a vibrant destination for relaxation, creativity, and connection in the heart of the community. The café will feature a cozy wine bar, a gourmet deli, and ready-to-go charcuterie boxes, all designed to create a space where the community can gather. Lucci Blue’s will also host a variety of engaging activities and events, including yoga classes, creative Wine & Design nights, and dance classes such as country line dancing and swing.
