We’ve just started work on Hone-Sharpen, a 3,351 sq ft teaching kitchen coming to Smoky Hollow in Downtown Raleigh at 516 North West Street! Founded by Chef Cherisse Byers, Hone-Sharpen is designed for guided cooking classes, inspiring events, and a vibrant community that celebrates food. Chef Cherisse, a Durham native, has spent years teaching and connecting with home cooks across the Triangle. Now, she’s bringing her expertise to this dynamic space, which will feature a demonstration kitchen, commercial kitchen, and more – perfect for hands-on classes, professional training, and culinary entertainment. We look forward to bringing this vision to life!
