Progress underway! Raleigh’s very own Goodnights Comedy Club, a leading entertainment venue in the US since 1983, is moving to the Village District, another historic Raleigh landmark. The HMD team couldn’t be more honored to create this new space!
HMD is proud to have completed the interior fit-up for the second location of Blue Water Spa! Owned by Dr. Michael Law and his wife, Kile Law, the new facility is located in Raleigh’s Brier Creek at 4205 Corners Parkway. In addition to state-of-the-art laser equipment and an incredible water feature in the reception area, custom millwork throughout the spa’s sleek décor features an intricately designed, one-of-a-kind ceiling feature in the hallway leading to the treatment areas. We enjoyed this project and we saw firsthand why Blue Water Spa has been voted Best Medical Spa in North Carolina!
Introducing the new Wakefield location for Raleigh Orthodontics! Dr. Daniel Grossman and his team have several conveniently located offices, and we were excited to create their newest Wake Forest location. HMD did the interior fit-up for this space that offers a very bright, spa-like feel and includes a workstation within the relaxing waiting room. A huge shout out goes to Lauren Grossman for her beautiful color scheme. If you need a good orthodontist, we highly recommend Dr. Grossman, AKA Dr. Dan!
HMD is pleased to announce the start of a new “ground-up” construction project located in the heart of Raleigh. Currently in the design phase, this flex space building of 35,000 sq ft will feature desirable details such as aluminum storefront windows and doors, 18′ to roof deck, oversized roll-up doors located on the side of the building, and concrete paving throughout. Marketing will begin this week; we anticipate a short window of opportunity to reserve space for this highly desirable product in an outstanding location. Stay tuned for additional details to come!
