Construction of Third Building Begins at Olive Chapel Professional Park

HMD is excited to announce the commencement of construction on the third building at Olive Chapel Professional Park, a project in which our team has been honored to develop since inception. This highly attractive office park in a prime Apex location has been thoughtfully conceived as it offers an inviting atmosphere throughout its nine acres. We are delighted to bring the design to life for the third of the five buildings planned. Stay tuned!

                      HMD is excited to have completed state-of-the-art Urban Smiles Dental, now open at 150 Wellesley Trade Lane in Cary! This new facility boasts a modern design throughout its reception area, eight exam rooms, sterilization room, imaging room, and more.

                      It was our pleasure to partner with practice founder and owner Dr. Sadaf Alam to create a beautifully functional office for her clients and staff!

                          Welcome to High House Oral Surgery

                          We are pleased to showcase the office we recently completed for High House Oral Surgery, a 3,400 sq ft first generation dental office located in Cary!

                          Including seven surgical suites, each with custom décor features, the office features a spacious reception area, a generously designed nurses station, quartz counters throughout, LED Lutron lighting and controls, and wireless IT. The space was designed to incorporate cutting edge imaging equipment necessary for providing the highest level of dental care. It was a pleasure creating this state of the art practice!
