We’ve begun grading and preparing the road that will connect this beautiful location to the main road. The steel for the building has arrived, marking another significant step forward. A new fit-up project by HMD is underway for Raleigh’s Astro Pak, adding 13,700 sq ft to their 6720 Fleetwood Drive facility. Our work includes the creation of four new offices, several interior upgrades, and improvements to the exterior parking lot. Astro Pak’s facility is a hub for state-of-the-art shops and cleanroom facilities, providing industry-leading passivation, precision cleaning, and high-purity chemical cleaning services across various systems/components for industries such as pharmaceutical, biotechnology, aerospace, and more. We are glad to bring our expertise to support Astro Pak’s specialized operations!
HMD will soon begin construction on St. Raphael Church, a 4,000 sq ft building located at 1990 Stewart Street, Fuquay-Varina. Renderings showcase the plan for the project that will serve as a welcoming spiritual home for the community. We’re delighted to announce the completion of our recent project for Mint Leaf Dentistry at 110 Lattner Court, Suite 106, in Morrisville. We expanded into the neighboring suite and incorporated renovations to Dr. Gandhi’s existing space for seamless integration, resulting in approximately 2,800 sq ft of total renovated area. This addition enhances the space we previously fit-up in 2019. As a repeat customer, Dr. Gandhi and the team at Mint Leaf Dental entrusted us once again to bring their vision to life. The expansion is designed to support their growing practice and commitment to providing exceptional dental care.
