The HMD team is pleased to announce four new projects at 150 Wellesley Trade Lane in Cary… Located in one office condo building, these projects are all underway!
We are proud to be working with the following clients in creating the customized spaces they each require: High House Oral Surgery, Urban Smiles, and Dr. Ryu Aesthetics Med Spa. We are also constructing the 2nd floor common core area of the building. Stay tuned for final photos as each space is completed!

Trevlyn, niece of Kenneth and Bryant, graduated Summa Cum Laude, as a Presidential Scholar, NC Scholar, National Honor Society member, and recipient of a Community Service Honor. She will attend NC State in the fall, with Mackenzie heading to ECU. Way to go girls!

The HMD team couldn’t be more excited as Dr. Scurria and Dr. Gray welcome patients to their new Raleigh office, NewStart Denture + Implant Partners! These exceptional professionals provide decades of experience in finding the right treatment plans and perfect solutions for patients facing the prospect of losing teeth or finding themselves in need of more secure implant options. Our team turned a cold, dark building shell into a spacious, bright office with very cool details! The end result? Combine amazing doctors with a great atmosphere and suddenly oral surgery isn’t so bad!

The HMD team was delighted to partner with Cape Fear Seafood Company on their second Raleigh location in The Village District. Reclaimed windows within the restaurant’s interior, the original 1949 flooring, already in the hue of a sandy beach, and wood herringbone detail behind the bar (which our trim carpenter enjoyed installing!) all combined to evoke a feeling of actually being on the coast. The outside patio is equally charming with overhead string lights and ceiling fans for keeping cool in warm weather. This project was a pleasure – We wish Cape Fear Seafood Company much success going forward!
