Announcing the start of a new project for Timber Pizza Company, located at 627 East Whitaker Mill Road, Raleigh! This upfit project of 1,976 sq ft marks Timber Pizza’s first location in our area. We’re very pleased to be part of bringing this popular pizza shop from the DC/Maryland/Virginia area to our community.

Construction is underway for the 4th location of local salad shop DICED! HMD is proud to partner with this North Carolina based business. The newest location at 121 Fayetteville Street in downtown Raleigh will feature a 1,629 sq ft space offering DICED’s signature salads, wraps, and bowls. Stay tuned for more updates!
