We’re delighted to announce a collaboration with Del Taco for their first North Carolina location, coming to Durham at 4716 Apex Highway! This ground-up project will feature a 2,304 sq ft stand-alone building, with plans to demolish the current structure and erect a new building with updated infrastructure, grading, sidewalks, ramp, utilities, and landscaping. HMD has worked closely with the restaurant group that has the rights to the first locations in our state, assisting in identifying property in and around the Triangle area. Stay tuned for updates on the additional locations soon to come to an area near you!

Having completed multiple projects in this esteemed complex over the years, we’re excited to soon unveil this latest addition!
Exciting news! The HMD team has kicked off the Mint Leaf Dentistry expansion project for Dr. Gandhi in Morrisville. This marks a return to the same location we created in 2019, adding 2,788 sq ft to the existing space. It’s a unique project as the practice is assisting patients in the space adjacent to the expansion area. We’re thrilled to collaborate with Dr. Gandhi again!
HMD Development had the distinct honor of hosting a panel discussion at the ECU School of Dental Medicine.
With the goal of preparing third-year students as they are about to start their clinicals and considering starting their own practice, we assembled a blue-ribbon panel of experts from within the dental industry, including a banker, a lawyer, an accountant, a device and supply vendor, a commercial general contractor, and an established practice-owner with multiple locations.
We are grateful to ECU’s Dean Chadwick and Lisa Davis for organizing this event, as well as our panelists who share the vision of education, early planning, and building professional networks.
