We are excited to share that HMD has begun a renovation project for Nycom, Inc. at 606 Church Street in Morrisville. This project involves updating their existing office space and expanding into their warehouse, allowing Nycom to enhance its operations. As a family-owned business, Nycom is a highly respected interior contractor and a proven full-service provider in laboratory and interior construction. We look forward to collaborating with Nycom to bring their vision to life and support their continued success in the industry.
HMD will soon embark upon a new fit-up project for Main Street Family Dentistry in Holly Springs! Located at 5050 Kentworth Drive, we’ll be renovating approximately 500 sq ft of their existing 5,745 sq ft office, adding three new exam rooms and an office to enhance their practice and patient experience. Let us gather together this Memorial Day weekend in remembrance of our heroes who have fallen.
The HMD team was pleased to partner with architect and interior designer Marian Hale on the Durham Women’s Clinic location at 7780 Brier Creek Parkway. A 2,553 SF fit-up, this 8-week project included demolition of the existing space and transformation into a beautiful office designed for obstetric, gynecological, and midwifery care for women. The final result is a comfortable and inviting aesthetic for the clinic’s patients and health care providers.
